- Salary: Pre Trade Keeper - $34.49 per hour, Trade Keeper - $40.04 per hour (Monday to Friday)+ 11% Superannuation
- Weekend penalties will be applicable: Pre Trade Keeper - $51.74/hr (Saturday), $68.99/hr (Sunday), Trade Keeper - $60.07/hr (Saturday), $80.09/hr (Sunday)

Zoos Victoria operates four landmark zoos, Healesville Sanctuary, Kyabram Fauna Park, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo. Kyabram Fauna Park has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, confident and enthusiastic Wildlife Attendant. This role will be responsible for and measured against success on progress across three keys areas:
- Team Focus: Supporting our strong team culture
- Animal Care: Delivering a high standard of health and welfare to the animals in our care
- Visitor Focus: Taking visitors on our animal encounters, sharing extensive knowledge across all taxa
The successful candidate will have:
- Husbandry experience across a range of taxa.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisation skills.
- Sound knowledge of animal welfare principles, and an interest in animal training and enrichment programs.
- Experience in public speaking.
