Simran joined ZAA in April 2023 as Engagement Coordinator. Bringing her skills, dedication, and love for animals to the team, she has been actively involved in various projects aimed at enhancing engagement within the organization and its membership. Her initiatives include creating a monthly member newsletter, developing social media campaigns, and organizing a regional fundraiser event to support Ukrainian zoos and aquariums.
She came to Australia in July 2019, to pursue Master of Commerce with a specialisation in Marketing at Macquarie University. Upon completing her studies, she seized an opportunity to work as a Marketing Coordinator at an advertising company in Sydney. With a background in social media content creation, website development, and relationship management, Simran is skilled at crafting impactful campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate traffic.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Simran is an adventure seeker who craves the thrill of adrenaline. During her free time, you'll often find her involved in exciting sports or exploring the diverse wonders Australia has to offer.
